  • Cancellation Policy: 90+ days: full refund minus 10% fee; 30–89 days: 50% refund; <30 days: no refund.
  • Liability: Attendees assume all risks. No alcohol or drugs permitted.
  • Media Rights: Photos/videos may be used for promotion with consent.
  • Health & Safety: Proof of vaccination/masks may be required based on local guidelines.
